What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from Penang within 1–2 working days via EasyParcel. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 5–9 in Sabah and Sarawak. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship to East Malaysia?
Yes, though some large or battery products ship by ground courier and may take longer.

Products

How far can a scooter or cruiser go on one charge?
Each product page lists the maximum range. Real range depends on rider weight, terrain, speed and temperature, and is usually lower than the maximum.

Which size or wattage do I need?
Check the size and cut-out measurements on the product page, or message us and we'll help you choose.

Can I ride on public roads?
Rules on personal mobility devices vary and some public roads are restricted. Please check the current regulations for where you plan to ride.

Returns & warranty

Can I return an item?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Ridden devices, used batteries and installed lighting can't be returned for change of mind. See our Return & Refund Policy.

What does the warranty cover?
All products come with a 3-month seller warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty Policy.
