Where we ship
We ship from Penang to addresses across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Some large or battery products may not be available for East Malaysia or remote areas; we will contact you if this affects your order.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Estimated delivery time
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: 5–9 working days after dispatch.
These are estimates from our courier partners and may be longer during sales periods and public holidays.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Couriers & tracking
We ship through EasyParcel using its partner couriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Battery products
Lithium batteries are regulated for transport safety. Scooters, cruisers, power stations and spare batteries are shipped by approved ground couriers only, which may take slightly longer.
On delivery
Please check that the outer box is intact before accepting. If it is visibly damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours on +60 12-563 7333.
Failed or incorrect deliveries
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Re-delivery fees caused by an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts may be charged to the customer.
