All products sold by RG Asia come with a 3-month seller warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
What's covered
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, such as motor, controller, battery, charger or LED driver failure not caused by misuse.
What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear: tyres, brake pads, grips, cosmetic scratches.
- Damage from accidents, falls, water immersion or riding in heavy rain.
- Damage from incorrect installation, power surges or wrong voltage.
- Use of non-approved chargers or batteries.
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or opening the battery pack.
How to claim

- We'll troubleshoot with you first. Many issues can be fixed quickly.
- If needed, we'll arrange inspection and repair or replacement.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
