Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

1. Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video (including the outer box). We will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

2. Change of mind

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is:

Unused, with no signs of wear, installation or charging cycles beyond initial testing.
In its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories, manuals and free gifts.

Change-of-mind returns are shipped back at the customer’s cost.

3. Items we cannot accept for change-of-mind return

Scooters, self-balancing devices and cruisers that have been ridden.
Batteries and chargers that have been used or had their seal opened.
Lighting and electrical items that have been installed.
Clearance or final-sale items, where stated.

4. How to start a return

Email realgamers.asia@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 12-563 7333 with your order number and reason.
We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Pack the item securely. Lithium-battery products must be shipped by ground courier.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for damaged, defective or wrong items.
