Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from RG Asia (SSM registration no. CT0079488-X), Persiaran Bukit Gambir, 11700 Gelugor, Penang, Malaysia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and information

We try to show products, colours and specifications accurately. Range, speed, battery and wattage figures are manufacturer estimates and may vary in real use.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we dispatch it or confirm acceptance by email. We may cancel orders for stock unavailability, suspected fraud or pricing errors; any payment will be refunded in full.

4. Safe and lawful use

Personal mobility devices must be used responsibly. You are responsible for following the manufacturer’s instructions, wearing appropriate safety gear, and complying with all local laws and regulations on where and how these devices may be used, including restrictions on public roads. Electrical and lighting products should be installed by a qualified person where required. Do not modify batteries or chargers.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, and product faults by our 3-month Warranty Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow safety instructions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
